Alishan Tea Area
It is located at 1,000-1,500m above sea level: The area receives sunshine in the morning, while clouds and mists are shrouded in the afternoon. Mist usually disappears until the next day dawn. With short duration of sunlight, diurnal range of temperature is high with ample humidity supply. The buds and leaves are usually soft; Mesophyll is thick; Pectin content is high. There is an unique aroma to Alishan tea that gives the tea yellowish green colour with fresh, full-bodied, elegant note and long durability.
Cleanse and warm the cup with 95°C water. Add 6g of tea into tea pot.
1st Brew: Pour 150c.c/ 95℃ hot water, cover with lid & sit for about 45 seconds. Pour out and consume.
Step 32nd brew takes 40 seconds; 3rd brew takes 50 seconds, and then each brew adds up to 10 seconds. Each pot can brew about 6-7 times
